Treating equipment history as a record accountable to a person, not a stream of readings
Our thesis is that a building's equipment becomes accountable the moment its history is kept the way a well-run business keeps its books — ordered, unalterable, timestamped, and attributable to a named responsible person — rather than as a stream of sensor readings passing through whichever vendor supplied the equipment.
